Job role: Account Manager Reporting to: Senior Account Manager / Accoutn Director Department: Clients Services Location: Hybrid / Leeds Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum About the job: The Account Manager is a dynamic and relationship-driven role, supporting the Client Services team with managing projects, nurturing client relationships, and handling day-to-day responsibilities. This role focuses on leading and supporting smaller client projects that align with The Onlii’s business goals and financial targets. You’ll act as a key contact for clients, helping to ensure projects run smoothly while working closely with the Senior Account Manager and wider Client Services team. As part of a growing business, the Account Manager will gain exposure to a variety of opportunities and experiences, including working with senior clients at leading brands. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Client and Project Management Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Lead and support the management of smaller client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Write and deliver clear, detailed briefs to the Creative and Studio teams. Coordinate daily schedules and ensure smooth communication between teams. Attend client meetings—both virtual and in-person—to discuss project progress and deliverables. Collaboration and Support Work closely with the Senior Account Manager and Client Services team to deliver projects aligned with business goals. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and share insights with the wider team. Track project budgets and maintain accurate financial records. Growth and Development Participate in networking events to represent The Onlii and build industry connections. Contribute ideas for the company newsletter and other internal initiatives. Actively pursue self-development through reading, podcasts, and online courses. Person specification: Skills Desirable Skills: Experience in a B Corp Certified or purpose-driven organisation Essential Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident and proficient user of MS365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams). Proactive and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. Solid understanding of marketing principles. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet. Quick learner, comfortable with adopting new software and tools. Experience Minimum of 4 years combined experience as an Account Manager and Account Executive Successfully managing multiple projects or work streams against deadlines. Experience in a client-facing role. Budget management and financial tracking. Contributing to the delivery of creative or marketing projects.
